The transmission functioned as a unit speed adjuster, either from slow to fast or forward and reverse which easily controlled by the shift lever. The transmission consists of several components as follows: Transmission case, Rear Axle Case, Clutch, Shuttle Gear, Drive Shaft, Bevel gear, Differential & PTO

Clutch functioned to connect and disconnect power from the engine to the transmission so that the unit could moves and stop without having to turn off the engine, makes it easier to change speed and helps braking on the tractor. Clutch also functioned to connect and disconnect the PTO rotation.
